Since IEEE CH will be held as a hybrid event, all presenters are requested to be present online or in-person to give their talk, during the specified time-slot of the technical program, and answer any questions; otherwise, the paper will be considered as a no-show. The conference will have:

• Paper presentations of 20 min duration, and
• Invited/keynote speeches of 50 min duration.

Please, ensure that sufficient time is left for the Q&A part: indicatively, about 3–4 min for paper presentations and 6–8 min for invited/keynote speeches.

The presenters should have registered (as per the registration guidelines) to get access to the conference venue and give their talk. Therefore, the information about a paper’s presenter needs to be correctly indicated in the Easychair. If this is not the case, please update accordingly also notifying the organizers about the change.

• Join the session at least 10 minutes in advance so that the session can start on time.
• Transfer your presentation’s file (MS Powerpoint or Adobe Acrobat) to the conference’s laptop and ensure it looks as it should be.
• Indicate that you are a presenter when asked by the session chair at the beginning of the session.
• Be mindful of the time limits and do not exceed your presentation’s expected duration.
